The Certificate of Merit was conferred upon Center II in recognition of its successful execution of the program titled "Free Screening and Surgery for Vietnamese Children with Disabilities".

On the morning of January 15, 2025, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Relief Association for Handicapped Children held a conference to review the accomplishments of 2024 and outline objectives for 2025. During this event, a collective recognition was presented to the staff of Center II in acknowledgment of their significant achievements in providing care and support for children with disabilities throughout the Northern and Central regions of Vietnam during the past year.
