It was held on the afternoon of September 19, 2024. This event marked the successful establishment of a three-party Memorandum of Agreement involving Center II, the Department of Health, and the Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs of Hoa Binh Province.

In 2024, Center II will commence the implementation of this vital program, which aims to screen approximately 500 children at various district medical centers, with an anticipated 100 to 150 children with disabilities receiving surgical interventions.
