The compilation of the progress report for our project in Lang Son province from April to July 2024 has been completed.

From 1 to 3 April 2024, screening days were organized, during which 268 children from various districts in Lang Son province underwent comprehensive screening. Center II prioritizes education, evident in the training provided to 208 nurses from communes, health workers, and provincial doctors to ensure proficient implementation of screening methods.

Between July 8 and July 14, 2024, a team of 16 individuals traveled to Lang Son province. Consultations began promptly, with children being reevaluated and decisions on surgical procedures made in the presence of parents. The week consisted of surgeries and visits to post-operative children, with a total of 54 surgeries performed free of charge.
